Qatar Masters Volunteer Program

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Qatar Masters. This tournament is one of Qatar’s flagship sporting events and a key stop on the DP World Tour. Volunteers play a vital role in delivering a world-class experience for players, officials, spectators, and partners. Your contribution helps ensure the smooth operation of the tournament and reflects the hospitality, professionalism, and sporting excellence that Qatar is known for.

By joining the volunteer team, you become part of an international golf event where precision, teamwork, and commitment make a real difference. Whether assisting on the course, supporting spectators, or helping with tournament operations, every volunteer is essential to the success of the championship.

Selection Criteria

To ensure the highest standards of service, the following criteria guide our volunteer selection:
Priority will be given to:
Doha Golf Club (DGC) members
Education City Golf Club (ECGC) members
Golfers from the public
Minimum age: 16+
Clear communication skills in English
Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
Available for all tournament days (5–8 February)
Previous golf or event experience is an advantage, but not required
